Hiking - Tips for Enjoying Your Day
Recommendations for enjoying yourself!!!
To enjoy a good day in the mountains, here are some recommendations:
- Remember that the most important thing is YOU. Don't put your health at risk...
- Respect your body's limits, don't put yourself in danger.
- Before you go out, always check the WEATHER FORECAST.
- If you can, don't go alone. But if you can, TAKE A PHONE (112 Mountain Rescue).
- DRINK WATER regularly and PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE SUN.
- In case of fog, storms, or severe illness, take shelter in a shelter or cabin. If there is lightning, NEVER take shelter UNDER A TREE.
- ALWAYS CARRY Sunglasses, a cap, sunscreen, and a small first-aid kit are essential. Never forget a raincoat and wear comfortable, tested footwear.
- RESPECT NATURE, do not disturb or scare animals.
- Do not stray from the marked trails, especially if you are unfamiliar with them.
DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU AND DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE MOUNTAINS!
